Dessert Pineapple Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 pinch salt
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Cooking Directions

Beat egg. Add sugar, flour, soda, salt and pineapple. Mix in brown sugar and nuts (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
