Christmas Fruit Cookies Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. white raisins
1/2 lb. red cherries
1/2 c. green cherries
1/2 c. red pineapple
1/2 c. green pineapple
1 lb. nut meats

Cooking Directions

Mix raisins, cherries, and pineapple with 1/2 cup flour. Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Mix all together and roll in 4 rolls. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Cut and bake 10 minutes in 375 degree oven.
