Ambrosia Christmas Cookies Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped candied cherries
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 sm. pkg. dates, chopped

Cooking Directions

Mix in order listed. Mix or beat after each ingredient. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 12 to 13 minutes.
