Christmas Roll-out Cookies Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda in 2 tbsp. milk
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Cooking Directions

Refrigerate; roll out and cut into shapes. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
