Egg, Cheese, & Ham Brunch Dish Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
13 x 9 inch pan
16 slices of bread, crusts removed
8 slices of sharp cheese
8 slices of boiled ham
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms
Cooking Directions
Lightly butter 8 slices of bread. Place butter-side up in greased dish. Layer with cheese, then ham. Butter 8 more slices of bread and place on top, buttered-side up. Combine milk and mustard and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. In morning, place the mushrooms on top, then sprinkle flakes and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
