Brian Keyes Shepherd Pie Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
5 to 6 potatoes (mashed)
1 pkg. taco seasoning + 1/3 c. water
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn

Cooking Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Layer ground beef, creamed corn, corn, mashed potatoes. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
