Beef Cubes With Onions & Peppers Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

1 pkg. ground beef formed into cubes
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Onion, chopped
Green peppers in thick chunks
1 tsp. each basil & oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
Red wine



Cooking Directions

Brown cubes in non-stick skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Push meat to side, add onion and pepper. Saute until onion is yellow, pepper crisp. Add basil, oregano and rosemary. Simmer for a minute mixing seasonings with meat and vegetables. Add wine to taste (about 1/2 cup). Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
