Scalloped Potatoes And Sour Cream With Cheese Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

5 med. white potatoes
1 pkg. sour cream
1 onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions

Slice potatoes. Then boil, half done, then pour half in pan. Sprinkle cheese and add more potatoes after covering the cheese with the potatoes. Add more cheese and pour on the sour cream and onion. The preheat for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. 6 servings.
