Scalloped Cheese Corn Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Cooking Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients then add corn muffin mix. Mix well and pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Place slices of Swiss or Mozzarella cheese and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
