John's Basic 4th Grade Pudding Cake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 box any flavor instant pudding
Cooking Directions
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla until fluffy again. In separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and pudding, alternate adding to creamed mixture with milk. Pour batter into greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting or topping. Makes 1 (2 layer) cake.
