Holiday Breakfast Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

8 eggs slightly beaten
6 slices white bread cubed (including crust)
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard



Cooking Directions

Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs. Pour over all other ingredients, tossing lightly. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate approximately 12 hours. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees for a souffle breakfast.
