Holiday Asparagus Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 env. Lipton cream of chicken flavor cup a soup instant soup
1 c. boiling water
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen asparagus spears, cooked & drained
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Cooking Directions
In medium bowl, blend instant cream of chicken flavor soup mix with water. Add Swiss cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. On serving platter arrange hot asparagus and eggs; top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Makes about 6 servings.
