Edna's Holiday Carrots Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs. carrots1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
Cooking Directions
Clean and cut carrots into desired shape. Cook in 1 cup water until slightly tender.Melt butter and add onion; saute. Add sugar, cooking until sugar melts. Mix in carrots and parsley, pour into a buttered casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot enough to serve.
