Butterscotch Frosting Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/3 c. soft butter1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. light cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Directions
In medium bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter until light. Gradually beat in sugar; beat until fluffy. At low speed, beat in cream and vanilla.If frosting seems too soft to spread, refrigerate 10 minutes before using. Use to spread over Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Bars.
