Poppyseed Cake - Baker Poppyseed Filling Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3tsp. Baker Poppy Filling (1 jar will make 3 cakes)
1 c. chopped nuts



Cooking Directions

Sift dry ingredients together, add all liquids and mix until smooth. Add Baker PoppyFilling and nuts; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Turn batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes or until done. Cool cake 5-8 minutes before removing from pan. Very good!
