Cheesy Onion Flatbread Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
11 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated soft breadsticks
Cooking Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine all ingredients except breadsticks; mix well and set aside. Remove dough from can. Separate into 8 coils. Do not unroll breadsticks. Place coils on ungreased cookie sheets. Press each coil into a 4 inch circle. Spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each circle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Refrigerate any remaining bread. Makes 8 servings.
