Butterscotch Refrigerator Cookies Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. soft butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
Cooking Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into shortening mixture. Add nuts last. Roll into 2 inch diameter rolls. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Cut 1/8 inch thick. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
