Polish Black Cake (chocolate) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 cups flour2 cups sugar
1 cup baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons oil
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups hot (not boiling) water
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.Mix all dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix well with a wire whip. Batter will be very soupy. Pour into a pan and bake 30-35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool and frost with your favorite frosting.
