Peachy Sherbet Cooler Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

3 peaches, peeled and halved
1 pt. lime sherbet
1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries or strawberries
2 tbsp. peach schnapps



Cooking Directions

Place peach halves in individual serving dishes; top with a scoop of sherbet. Sprinkle with raspberries or strawberries. Spoon 1 teaspoon peach schnapps over sherbet. Serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
NOTE: To prepare ahead, peel and halve peaches. Place in a bowl and cover with pineapple juice to prevent discoloration; drain peaches well before serving.
