Peach Ice Cream Sodas Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

6 very ripe peaches
1/2 c. peach or apricot nectar
4 lg. scoops vanilla or peach ice cream
1 c. heavy cream whipped with 2 tbsp. sugar or 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

Peel and pit peaches, cut into eighths. Distribute the slices evenly among 4 tall 12 ounce glasses. Add 2 tablespoons nectar to each glass and mash peaches lightly with a fork. Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each glass, add soda water or seltzer and stir lightly to mix. Top with a dollop of flavored whipped cream and serve.
