Spanish Pot Roast Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 lb. pot roast
8 oz. bottle Catalina French dressing
1/2 c. water
1 c. sliced stuffed olives
8 sm. onion
8 sm. potatoes
Cooking Directions
Brown meat slowly in 1/4 cup Catalina dressing. Add remaining dressing and water. Cover and cook slowly 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add olives, onions, and potatoes. Cook 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Thicken liquid for gravy. Makes 6 servings.
