Spanish Garlic Shrimp Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 - 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
1 bay leaf
1/3 c. olive oil
3/4 lb. small to med. shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 - 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
Cooking Directions
Cook garlic with peppers and bay leaf in oil in large shallow skillet over medium high heat until garlic is golden (3 to 4 minutes). Add shrimp and cook just until they turn pink (2 to 4 minutes); do not over cook. Remove bay leaf. Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
