Quick French Onion Soup Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 cans beef broth
3 onions
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
1/2 loaf French (sliced)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Cooking Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender, about 25 minutes. Add broth and one can of water to each can of soup. Simmer. Melt cheese over toasted bread (in bowls) and pour hot soup over bread.
