Pinwheel Hors D'oeuvres Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 tsp. or more horseradish
Sour cream to taste (make it spreading consistency)
3 sm. pkgs. dried beef (corned beef, pastrami or ham)
Cooking Directions
Use 6 slices of meat, spreading cream cheese mixture on top of each one. Roll jelly roll fashion. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze.Before serving, defrost slightly, cut into 1/4 or 1/2 inch slices. Place on Ritz crackers or other snack crackers. Makes 6 or 8 logs.
