Philadelphia Cream Cheese Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 lb. sm. marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. red Jello
8 oz. Cool Whip
Cooking Directions
Drain pineapple. Heat juice from pineapple to almost boiling. Pour over marshmallows and let melt. Pour into juice and marshmallows 1 package lemon Jello. Stir and let mixture cool. Beat until smooth 1 cup Miracle Whip and 2 packages cream cheese. Fold in the crushed pineapple, the cooled lemon Jello mixture and cream cheese mixture. Add Cool Whip to the mixture. Place in a 9"x13" dish. Place in refrigerator overnight. Mix Jello according to package. Let cool to room temperature. Pour gently on top of cream cheese mixture. Let Jello set for several hours. Serve on lettuce leaf.
