In a small saucepan combine: 2 tsp. cornstarchStir in 2/3 cups water. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in 2 tablespoons orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Makes about 1 cup.
