Party Cheese Ball Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. finely chopped pecans

Cooking Directions

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add green pepper, onion, pimento, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Chill. Shape into ball; roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap completely in Handi-Wrap to store in refrigerator. Serve by spreading on party crackers.
