Maine Party Potatoes Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

10-12 potatoes
1 sm. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried chives

Cooking Directions

Mash potatoes with butter. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and add to potatoes. Mix well. Place in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until hot.
