Lowfat Dill Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. skim milk
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. dill weed
Cooking Directions
1. Blend together cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk and onion until smooth. 2. Remove from blender and stir in dill weed.3. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
