K.'s Delight "party Time Treat" Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

20 chocolate fudge creme sandwich cookies
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. strong coffee
2 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. brandy
Chocolate curls

Cooking Directions

Crush cookies to fine crumbs; combine with melted butter, blending well. Press firmly into 9" pie plate and chill. Combine gelatin, sugar, milk and coffee in saucepan; heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and chill until slightly thickened. Blend whipped cream into coffee mixture; add brandy and mix well. Pour into crust. Chill in refrigerator. When completely chilled, garnish with chocolate curls. Vegetable scraper makes perfect curls.
