Hot Party Canapes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Grey Poupon, Dijon or Country Dijon mustard
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed and drained or 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat,
drained
Assorted bite-size breads
Cooking Directions
Combine Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, salad dressing mix and lemon juice; mix well. Fold crabmeat into cheese mixture. Spread generously on bread squares. Place baking sheet with bread squares into preheated broiler until browned. Serve immediately. Makes about 36 canapes.
