French Toasted Seafood Sandwich Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 c. canned shrimp, chopped1 c. canned crabmeat, chopped
1/2 c. chopped olives
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 hard-cooked eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
Bread
Butter for frying
1/2 c. mayonnaise
BATTER:
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Directions
BATTER: Beat eggs with milk. Add salt.Combine first 8 ingredients. Add mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Make sandwiches. Heat butter. Dip sandwiches in batter and fry on medium heat.
