Fancy Cheese Ball Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. blue cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. green onions with tops, chopped
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chopped bell peppers
2 tbsp. chopped green olives
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. cooked crumbled bacon
2 tbsp. chopped black olives
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento

Cooking Directions

Combine all cheeses, onions, and garlic salt. Mix well and shape into a large ball. Mark ball with a knife into 8 sections. Fill each section with one of the garnishes: paprika, bell pepper, green olives, pecans, parsley, bacon, black olives and pimiento.
