Easy Mint Tea Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 qt. boiling water
10 reg. size mint flavored tea bags
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
3 qt. water
2 c. pineapple juice
1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale
Cooking Directions
Pour boiling water over tea bags. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeeze gently. Add sugar and lemon juice, stirring until sugar dissolves. Stir in 3 quarts water, pineapple juice, and ginger ale. Serve over ice. Yields about 1 1/2 gallons.
