Cream Cheese Party Spread Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. onion, chopped finely
2 c. pecans (optional)

Cooking Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients and beat until creamy. You may then add 1 cup of chopped pecans. Chill until firm. This may be served in a bowl or shaped into a ball and roll in remaining 1 cup of chopped nuts. Chill until serving time. This is good served with crackers or used as an open-faced sandwich spread.
