Cranberry Fruit Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb. fresh cranberries, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Cooking Directions
Combine chopped cranberries with sugar, stirring well. Place mixture in colander and allow to drain overnight. Combine cranberry mixture with pineapple chunks and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. Yields 10-12 servings.
