Chicken Fried Liver Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs liver
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. light cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 well beaten eggs
Cracker crumbs, rolled thin
Cooking Directions
Sprinkle lemon juice on liver. Dip into mixture of flour, salt and pepper and then into mixture of cream, onion, eggs and garlic. Dip in crumbs. Allow to set in refrigerator 1/2 hour to set coating. Fry.
