Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

1 sm. bottle Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 stick butter
20 to 25 chicken wings



Cooking Directions

To make wings, cut each wing in half so each resembles small drumstick. Remove tip from wing and sauce for soup. Deep fry wing in hot oil until crisp (10 minutes) or bake in oven until brown at 350 degrees. Melt butter; add 1/2 bottle of hot sauce (for medium hot wings add more or less hot sauce to taste). Drain wings. Pour sauce over wings; mix well. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and blue cheese dressing. Dip each as you eat.
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING:
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Use with Buffalo Chicken Wings. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
