Boiled Tomatoes & Artichokes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 lg. tomatoes
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
Basil
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Cooking Directions
Peel and thickly slice tomatoes. Cover with Italian dressing and marinate for 4 to 6 hours. To prepare, slice artichoke hearts and place slice on tomato slices. Sprinkle with basil, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place a dot of butter on each. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
