Black Devil's Food Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 egg
2/3 c. oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk

Cooking Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, buttermilk and oil. Stir until well blended. Stir coffee into mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
