Bev's Party Potatoes Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen O'Brien potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. half & half
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. grated mild Cheddar

Cooking Directions

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray such as Pam. Layer potatoes on bottom pan. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Do Not Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly on top.
