Beef Party Ball Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 oz. pkg. dried beef

Cooking Directions

Place cream cheese, green onions, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, 2/3 of beef in mixing bowl. Turn mixer on speed 4 and beat for 1 minute. Shape mixture into a ball and coat with remaining beef.
Makes 1 (16 oz.) ball.
Serves 16.
