Baked Cheese Potato Fluff Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimentos
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter

Cooking Directions

Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, cheese, onions, pimento in buttered casserole dish. Add salt and pepper. Brush potato with melted butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
