Aunt Hilda's Potatoes Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. corn flakes



Cooking Directions

Melt 1 stick butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 2 pound bag hash brown potatoes (frozen) - DO NOT COOK OR DEFROST. In a bowl, mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pint sour cream, 1/2 cup chopped onions, and 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Pour over potatoes. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
